The hearings of the Judicial Commission of Inquiry into Allegations of State Capture, Corruption, and Fraud in the Public Sector including Organs of State will resume on Thursday.
The Commission will hold virtual hearings to hear evidence relating to allegations of corruption at the Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (Prasa) from the Director at Crowe Forensics SA (Pty) LTD, Mr. Ryan Marc Sacks.
The Commission will also hear evidence from the former Prasa Board Chairperson, Dr. Popo Molefe.
