President Cyril Ramaphosa addresses South Africans on Thursday night on the government’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The address follows a special sitting of Cabinet that considered recommendations of the National Coronavirus Command Council (NCCC) meeting.
There is growing fear of a second wave of the coronavirus pandemic with recent spikes in new infections in the Eastern and Western Cape becoming areas of concern.
