Ugandan opposition politician, Bobi Wine, says he’s disappointed that the international community continues to work with President Yoweri Museveni.
Wine accuses Museveni of ruling with an iron fist and continued violations of human rights.
He says even though the United States and Europe recognised the atrocities committed by Museveni’s administration – Uganda still enjoys financial and military support.
