Four people have died and two others are in critical condition following a crash on the R31 road between Kimberley and Kuruman in the Northern Cape.
Traffic from both sides has come to a standstill. Police say two adults are still trapped in one of the three vehicles, where a truck and two sedans are involved.
It is still unclear as to what led to the crash.
